Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced thanks to an ancient olive grove, located within the Sierra Morena mountain range of Córdoba. It is noted  for its quality and stability, thanks to its high level of polyphenols.

Oils with Denomination of Origin Montoro – Adamuz are characterised by the olive varieties present in the region: Picudo, Carrasqueño de Sierra, Nevadillo Negro, Picual, etc.

These olives give a unique and exclusive flavour to oils. Nevadillo Negro is one of the richest olive varieties in polyphenols, giving the oil a characteristic bitterness and piquancy and an excellent level of stability facing oxidation, and therefore becoming a natural health source.
